Top o' the ev'nin' to ye, mo anamchara! Happy Saint Patty's Day to those who celebrate it..not that I do much meself, apart from the Wearin' o' the Green. And that I do in self-defense, as pinched unmercifully I was by me fellow Sunday-school classmates (all colleens, to boot!) one fine Saint Pat's when I forgot to wear green. So ever since, even if it don't fall on a Sunday, or I'm not goin' nowheres, I wear the green anyhow, just in case. ;-) And besides, sure'n I do respect me wee bit o' Irish heritage, begora. ;-)
May the Road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back
May the Sun shine warm upon your face
And rains fall soft upon your fields,
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His Hand

Slán and sláinte chugat (goodbye and good health), Gentle Readers!
God bless,

otherwise known as “Rosaleen McSpadden” (for today, anyhow ;-) )
P.S. If you want to know what all the gobbledygook in this post means, check out this site—it has all sorts of Gaelic phrases and what-not. A word of warning: The first phrase on the site (and a few others) is rather crude, so be aware of that. Perhaps one of these days I'll actually seriously pursue learning the language....
